Training for production team leaders

In collaboration with the HR departments of companies within the MSIN group, the initiative for leadership training was realized, focusing on areas such as: functioning and thinking as a leader, decision-making, leading through questions, employee evaluation, constructive communication and listening, task delegation, conflict solutions, providing feedback, conducting meetings and improving presentation skills.

Agency POTI was selected to conduct this training, offered a practical program for team leaders in production, consisting of ten sessions that combine theory and practice. The training was led by mag. Peter Babarović, an expert with over 20 years of experience in human potential development.

A total of 62 leaders from six MSIN companies participated in the training. From our company, the training was attended by foremen and unit leaders: Bojan Povhe and Matjaž Miklavčič from PE Trebnje, and Boštjan Krelj, Milan Jović, Matej Trampuš, Adnan Dedić, Janez Žibert, and Jože Kolander from the Medvode production team.

The training concluded yesterday with a plenary presentation of specific improvement proposals.
