DONIFLEX® G-U

Devoid of any organic solvent, this graphite-based composite allaying aramid and special functional inorganics, is advanced heavy-duty material. It displays excellent physicochemical properties (thermal, chemical, stress resistance, etc.) with high compressibility and flexibility enabling it to conform to uneven surfaces. Steam supply, heating systems, and chemical industry are amongst its well-suited application. The version with a metal insert withstands higher pressures. Also, fitted with a highly performant anti-stick, gasket replacement is quite effortless following prolonged elevated temperature service.

The Bayernoil plant has a capacity of 218 thousand barrels per day in which BP owns a 22.5% share. The refinery is located in Bavaria, Germany and is operated across two locations. The refinery produces a diverse range of products such as gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and bitumen. The refinery is operated by Bayernoil.
In 2008 the refinery completed a multi-year reconfiguration project which will position the Bayernoil refinery to be more efficient and competitive. The project resulted in the closure of one of three operating locations and the construction of new diesel production facilities, increasing yield of this deficit product.
